It's surprising, but fantastic, to see a mainstream media outlet in 2024 recommending wearing N95 masks, and guiding consumers on where to purchase them. This is the kind of content we need to normalize the wearing of masks in the long-term! Link: www.rollingstone.com/product-reco...

N95 Masks vs. KN95 Masks: Which Face Coverings Should We Be Wearing Right Now?
Researchers say an N95 mask is still the most effective form of protection against Covid as new variants continue to linger

I spend a midweek in Barcelona and the air quality was so bad my lungs are all clogged up now. Which could also be a reason to wear one. Point being, don’t judge. There’s lots of reasons why people might wear a mask.

Ok but keep it down or another billionaire will buy it just to shutter it.

Amazing how many small minds have crawled out from the rocks to hurl insults because they are upset by facts. Blocked three of them. I do hope that BlueSky doesn’t become another witless waste of time like Xcrement.

Get vaccinated. COVID will develop like most virus’s. It will become more contagious and less deadly. Evolution dictates survival of the fittest and the best virus does not kill its host; that optimises the chance of spread. One day, COVID will be just another sniffly cold. Until then, mask and vax.

In my country 🇨🇷 KN95s (not N95s) were the only masks available but we were lucky to have a strong vaccination policy. Today, an administration change later, all of this has reversed, people stopped caring and you can't find masks everywhere like you used to (lucky me I still got plenty of stock) 😷

Better (4 years) late than never. For a (4 years) obvious airborne pest.
