Many in the entertainment industry understand that COVID is not over, and take many precautions because getting sick themselves would cost them a lot of money. Yet they promote an image that acts like COVID is over to their followers, because they profit from it.

Like tech giants who promote their products as safe and fun but won’t let their own families use them? Or like tobacco companies who swore cigarettes were fine, but knew they were killer? Money > People.

And I wouldn’t be surprised if, when asked, they would straight up tell you that it’s all about the money, and not about health concerns. After all, health effects of COVID can’t be serious - otherwise they’d have to face the fact that they’re promoting activities detrimental to their fans’ health

Definitely-hostility arose when I tried to share to musician friend that air in a venue was bad. & I'm struggling with the 'was even'..shocking! Someone EVEN wearing a mask to prevent c19? So 'extra' to use the only surefire way to avoid any variant, given varying stages of vaccination/ventilation.
