The courts have repeatedly rejected the idea that refusing to follow a mask mandate is protected by the First Amendment, so wearing a mask in defiance of a ban is probably not covered, either. Might be able to argue it on 14th Amendment grounds?

Libertarian support for freedom includes the right of police to bash and arrest protesters in masks. NC leads the nation in hypocrisy. However: you can wear a mask under your KKK hood, so it's ok.
Whatever happened to individual rights?? I don't know many people who still mask up regularly but I do when I'm sick and so do some other people. Those that mask on the regular usually have health issues. Why are republicans like this??
