Not really. There's a wide range of approaches and the committee is pretty tolerant. I don't know why they don't like foxgloves as their seeds fall in situ and they don't have invasive roots. My dandelions now tolerated as long as I chop off their seeds before they fly around. Ditto grasses. cont/

But I doubt they realise quite how much I enjoy 'extra' plants that grow uninvited (but welcome). I certainly don't understand why some others cover each visible bit of earth with stone, bark, fabric or whatever. I wonder where they think their pollinators are coming from. My plot is insect rich.
