Anecdotally: after the flu vaccine became a regular yearly thing (earlier for me because asthma & public facing job with children) I stopped getting as many respiratory infections of any kind. Difference was striking: weeks less illness per year.
Me too. There appears to be some evidence that *any* vaccination helps support your immune system, even against completely unrelated viruses.
