I love chatting about the 4-day structure and know many are thinking about it. It's been 2 years since we started trialling the 4-day week at Chucklefish! It has been a crowning achievement for myself and the studio as a whole. My role in the trial was to identify risk in the publishing team and implement new processes to make it work. So, how did we do it?
