When I was in college, a storm blew about 50 garbage bags of packed marijuana bricks onto the beach in Pass Christian/Bay St. Louis, MS. There were people out there at dawn with shovels and wagons, loading it up. I got a brick of seaweed that day. It was just a squall though, not a hurricane. 🫠
