I have at least one cat 'forcing' me to hold or cuddle them roughly 10-12 hours a day, ha. People who don't treat their pets as family are alien to me.
The medical profession bowing down to draconian anti-abortion laws and allowing women to die on their tables is speaking volumes. I read a book about 'The Nazi Doctors' in college and now I understand how that happened.
100%. So many professions have ethics training out the wazoo drilling down that one has a responsibility to yada yada yada, and all that ethics training goes to nothing when The State tells them what to do.
