Yeah 20mg is the minimum recommended dosage for OCD, but in my case I just wanted to temporarily destabilize after a breakdown and get my OCD back to a manageable level rather than get rid of it entirely, and so far it’s working
I'm glad it's working for you. I don't know about getting rid of OCD completely but now I can at least choose to not follow my rules without spinning out
