Lots of incredible numbers in here that compliment the latest blog post on insurance impacts on CRE by @scrawford.bsky.social. CA, TX, and FL cities with 200-350% increase in insurance costs for MFR landlords since 2019 (CBRE data). Wonder about SF there!
