I've been using the app Kemono Mahjong (also on Steam) to learn in my spare time. They do a great job of teaching you the various rules and Yaku. It's been a lot of fun! Good luck with learning the game; I hope Raha doesn't blame me for not knowing how to play when I get the VA set lol
