thats certainly a start! but understanding more about what youre afraid of is helpful in overcoming that fear. i suggest scrolling wikipedia. not a lot of images on spiders but definitely a lot of information. spiders are so fucking cute and nice and adorable and i hope you overcome your fear

on a side note dealing with depression can be hard. not really sure if diving into wikipedia is the best for that. i do want more people to like spiders, but watching your mental health is extremely important. please take care of yourself <3 <3
