You can also take multiple doses! It's off label, but I found a study when I was worried about taking 2 a day that actually used 4 times the recommended dose to no bad side effects

Yay! What kinda antihistamines do you take? I can rec Desloratadin, went on it after Ceitirizin stopped working, it's quite strong and as a new generation antihistamine has less sleepiness side effects (I wouldn't know personally bc I'm lucky enough to have never gotten those 😅)
