unfinished digital illustration of elim garak (a ridged reptilian-humanoid) with one clawed hand holding julian bashir's wrist above his head, and the other wrapped around the younger man's throat. they are both half-dressed: garak is shirtless and sockless, exposing his clawed and webbed feet, while julian's long-sleeved green shirt and purple pants are both half off. julian, the fashion disaster, bless him, also has on one teal sock, and a fushia sock is visible on the ground behind them. he's submitting to his partner's dominance, but is also pressing the thumb of his free hand to the sensitive spoon-like shape at the center garak's forehead. the watermark i've added notes this is a work in progress by @m00psy.bsky.social.
