That value has been growing daily. Many join because "oh it's private, FOMO" but as soon as they land, they feel "mission accomplished, I'm in the inner circle " and the truth is, they have nothing to say or any value to add. One might say that the return on investment from being private is failing.

It makes sense. I also think that others are still hoping for Twitter to change and leave Bsky in the bag as the last hope. As you said, these people have nothing to add here. 🤦🏻‍♂️
