I debate deleting mine all the time but I’m worried about someone grabbing the handle and impersonating me. So for now I just never log in.

I guess if someone wants to impersonate me, that will happen. I have less of a digital footprint than you, and my risk is far lower. I had read that you'd have to post every so often or they'd delete the account. Might want to think about some cron job to put in a filler post every so often.
