Me too! We thought about staying home for a partial eclipse in very clear skies, but it was well worth taking the chance. I’m so glad you had a great experience!
Completely relatable.
Perfect! Some Chicago friends went to Indianapolis. We thought about Cleveland or Indy, but tried to follow the clearest skies in totality. I’m glad it seemed to clear up for most folks—it didn’t look very promising in the morning!
Thanks, I’m glad the clouds cleared for you, too! I saw your timelapse, which was amazing. How was your drive?
Mid-Michigan to Muncie via I-69. The way down was a breeze, but it was stop-and-go the entire drive home. Friends from around the state had a much longer drive both ways, so we picked the right route. Totally worth it! What state did you watch from?
Eclipse traffic on the drive home was no joke!
I love that the Guardian did something that silly!
