Recently there have been a few interesting papers that look at the raw(-ish) signal of beta burst. It's time to plug our paper that explicitly argues that only waveform unravels the true diversity of beta events, and shows new method of finding them doi.org/10.1016/j.pn...#psychscisky 🧪 🧠🟦 🤖🧠 🧠📟 🧠📈
This approach has been successfully used with motor imagery BCI datasets: www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1...www.jneurosci.org/content/earl...#psychscisky 🧪 🧠🟦 🤖🧠 🧠📟 🧠📈

Our burst detection method gives you parametrised time-frequency features and a waveform. Empirical and modelling results show that waveform diversity exceeds the time-frequency features. Beta with many ascribed features finally has a precise way to look at the signal. #psychscisky 🧪 🧠🟦 🤖🧠 🧠📟 🧠📈
