I think it this is about the kind of feature flags they use to deploy things to production but only let the team see/use them, so they could post videos before but nobody else could see them, so now they will be viewable I think

As an example: While DMs (codenamed "Clip clops") were in development, if you somehow got access to the DM route (such as through main.bsky.dev), it would only show you an empty screen with "🐴 Nice try" (IIRC)
