Delhi needs more attention in transit/urbanist communities. Always a pleasant time in the female-only and air-conditioned compartment. The frequency is so good you don't need to check or plan commute around the time. Plus, always partial to last-mile rickshaw/auto ride. [Never done late night tho]

Delhi metro is developing very nicely; at 217.74 miles operational; and another 70 under construction and planned. Plus massive new rapid regional rail lines to connect the region.
