There's nothing like having to fight for your non-union folks to get a measly 3% raise when I clearly see the union peeps already make 20 grand more a year for the same work and aren't subject to the scrappy annual review process on the non-union side.

It makes me angry, y'all. I've seen so much shady shit while working for a corporation, it makes my heart ache. If I didn't believe in the value of the work I do, I'd walk.
