Dinner tonight was some braised lamb shanks over rice, with a beef stock + red wine + tomato based sauce. Waiting for this to finish cooking was torture but my kitchen smells amazing.
Read the rest of the Delicious in Dungeon manga after the first season of the anime made my jaw hit the floor. Lots of scenes in the rest of the series that are going to be _so good_ animated. Really looking forward to it.
So FFXIV Dawntrail has one set of quests which has you making pibil. It's a real dish I have never tried before and lucky me a local place makes the stuff. A++ would devour again.
