Kinda why I left working for the fruit. I had a 2011 MBP, the recalled ones for GPU failures, and mine failed an astonishingly large amount of times with the *same* failure, along with so many others (frayed and yellowed cord, bulging battery that cracked trackpad, LCD shorted by GPU).

It stunk, I loved their OS, it's why I worked for them and used their computers. But their hardware really did fail in disastrous ways (despite being so unique and beautiful otherwise), and their policies were pro e-waste, something I couldn't get behind.
