Who needs NOAA when we've got guys with Sharpies who can predict the path of a hurricane?

Perhaps Texans might be interested as well. Especially those living on the Gulf Coast that regularly get hit by hurricanes. Or maybe they'd rather rely on a Texan-only system like their vaunted power grid that fails every time it's challenged in the slightest.
