IMO, getting medical advice from Reddit is only *slightly* better than getting it from AI.
For carpal tunnel, it's whatever... but for a degenerative joint disease, I would say you also should be wary of listening to people on the internet, even if it is "actual human experiences". Sorry to say to any Americans, but the only people you should take medical advice from are licensed doctors.

To be fair, I don't agree with the person's take and I don't think AI should E-V-E-R be used for medical advice, but I think he might be talking about full-blown arthritis, not just a bit of carpal tunnel. A few stretches aren't going to do anything about that, sadly.
