Ok so, back to part time at work already… apparently I’m not “working with my full heart” because of my anxiety. I need a new job. Or I need to bite the bullet and try to get on disability. My brain is a fried egg and I never even did drugs.

Three day weekends should be the norm.

Back to full time at work. My anxiety has calmed some but I still feel tense when I’m here.

Fun fact: sometimes scrolling on my phone gives me motion sickness 🙃
