So, where do I leave this thought chain? Adulting is very important. It features many important, life-enriching experiences and emotions. Everyone should do it at least once—maybe more than once. But it still blows. I’d rather be playing.

FWIW, I can also offer in response to this skeet that adulthood offers unique experiences. Falling in love. Caring for another. Losing someone important. Exploring the world beyond the nursery. Things both good *and* bad. Things that one really *should* experience to live a fuller life.

Returning home from BFC, I’ll still be a little dragon. I’ll still be in diapers at all times. I’ll still have my favorite blanket and stuffed animal. I’ll still say hello to every bird, cat, dog, and bug. What changes is that I’ll have to hide it behind a thin veneer of adulthood again.

People ask me if I enjoyed my BFC. When I tell them that “I don’t know”, they look at me askance. To which I say, look, man, living with anhedonia means that I don’t feel positive emotions as viscerally as others. But, I’ve developed a better question to ask: Would I do it again? In a heartbeat.

Caught my first sight of Dragoonz diapers at BFC. Kind of curious how the capacity stacks up. Might just have to order some.
