Scary, stupid spot there with #RheaRipley taking a boot from Raquel and her head landing right on a high heel no one bothered to clear from the ring. I cringe every time I see someone wearing heels to the ring. So many things can go wrong.
#TheApprentice is pretty good, but more than anything it shows the complete surrender and sellout of Hollywood to the fear of right-wing boycotts. Donald Trump has dominated US politics for a decade and we're only now getting the first movie about him, and it barely found US distribution.
CM Punk vs. Drew McIntyre was everything I wanted. Brutal, bloody, big crowd popping spots that made great use of the cage (Drew's missed Claymore going back first into the steps in particular made me gasp). Drew bled like a maniac. Easily stole the show.
Joker 2 is the Last Jedi of comic book movies, in that it sets out to tear down why anyone ever liked this idea in the first place - subversion for the sake of being subversive. And in that sense, it is very subversive. It just forgets to be entertaining.
