I presented the LMU Open Science Center @lmu-osc.bsky.socialosf.io/hqvxs to get insights into the strategies our resercher-led initiative is implementing to change the research culture at LMU Munich and beyond!

The summary vision of the LMU Open Science Center: we started with providing peer to peer training, and building communities of practice in 2017, we will start in 2025 a train the trainer and switch to open programmes which will multiply the number of practitioners across fields in the next three years, which should also expand the support for researchers in their grant applications and in their implementation. We will continue our meta research programmes to inform stakeholders on the design of incentives and policies. Ultimately, we hope that our effort in promoting open and reliable science can also help with re establishing public trust and recognition for science.
