For my fellow adhders!!! Dont be specific when setting out to clean! Make small generic tasks like "throw away 20 pieces of garbage" or "pick up 12 blue things"!!! Get creative with your cleaning! Make it fun like a scavenger hunt and soon you'll find yourself cleaning more and more!!!
