I disagree with the use of ecofascism because it historically has been used - and still is used - in a bad faith way to smear any green radical from degrowthers to anticivs. Lumping people opposed to green capitalism in with actual nazis is bullshit (but is what that term is designed to do)

I also don't think we're ultimately talking about plain old fascism, not a new kind of thing. When fascists make shallow appeals to the working class ("immigrants are stealing your jobs!") we don't call it "red fascism" or "socialist fascism"
