I try to drink as little as I can, one-two gulps (sometimes can't sleep because yes completely dry mouth) and then still wake up in the night and can't sleep...

I want to be able to sleep 8 hours of sleep every night from 22:00 to 6:00 without waking up during the night honestly this is the only thing I truly want but can't achieve rn.....
