I invested in a proper office chair. It cost a pretty penny, but was so worth it.

And if you want to save money, office liquidations etc usually make them available on the cheap, not sure where to find those in other countries though.

can't put a price on a functional back. and if you work at a computer, your chair is the most important part of your working environment lol
