ミラノに来て、パスタ料理をいろいろ試してる。トマトベースとジェノベーゼソースベースの味付けは感覚がわかってきた。茹で時間とか考えるとスパゲッティはわかりやすくて便利。同じ素材でも形が違うとこんなに茹で時間が違うのかと驚いた。今のところスパゲッティ太麺のちょい硬アルデンテが一番好み。 #Milano#Mapillary#PoliMI#FuruhashiLab#古橋研究室
