Adding up the numbers so far and we are on track for around 85,000 people to have seen the photos from the Outsiders touring exhibition since it opened in Birkenhead last October. The target for the whole tour was 20,000 and there are still six more bookings.

A brilliant but troubling exhibition you should go and see if it turns up somewhere near you. I saw it in Lichfield earlier this year and it has definitely left a lasting impression on me.

Visited Newcastle City Library today. We were all quite moved by the images (and information) in the exhibition. Tragic social history is important to document. Good work MD 👏
