Mispronouncing dish names is totally fine, no worries! :D What matters is giving it a try! The mistake I was referring to was ordering a famous dish typical of one region in a place where it definitely wouldn’t be good. Basically, a “tourist trap” dish.

Then you may need to create your website to explain. Would be interesting.

I lived in Italy but would still use this because it isn’t necessarily something I’ve persisted to memory over the years. The trouble is sometimes it is hyper local.
