The authors did not use SC2 but a S protein pseudovirus, and infected 2 mouse cell lines in a Petri dish which overexpressed hACE2 or hCD147. From spermatogonia (GC-1, immortalised spermatogonia) and spermatocyte (GC-2, immortalised spermatocytes), only GC-1 was infected. 2/3
