Depending on your needs, I've setup online courses on learnworlds previously. Been a while so not sure re costs! But has the usual user management and optional drip-feed content for a timed course that you might find handy.

I can highly recommend cold Tesco Finest vanilla custard on Christmas pud. (Apolgies for being so middle class in the custard choice but it's so very very good).
