I hate how when I get depressed, it it’s much easier for me to get sucked into YouTube, doomscrolling, or mindless gaming for hours. Playing guitar is my passion but when my brain gets bad, it just feels too difficult. I try to be mindful of my tech usage but it’s so easy to lose control nowadays
