i've gotten nearly half the amount of followers that i had on my original twitter account in about 1.5 years on this platform vs 14 years on there. also, no nazis. seems like pretty good ROI.

I like the people i come across here more than twitter. Even when they fight with each other.

getting a bunch of garbage bot followers though.... three posts about real-estate investment following 5K ppl🤷🏼‍♀️ that kind of garbage. aggregator acct's, Xtian platitudes, AI kittens. maintain vigilence. oh and Brasil pirn channels.

I literally have more followers in about a year than I did in like 12 years in Twitter. Now, granted, more than a few of them are bots & chasers, which I'd banned & force-unfollowed on Twitter... But still.

I’m a small fry as far as my follower count goes, but I have nearly twice the number on Bluesky after a year or so than I had after 17 years on Twitter. Not as many junk accounts on bsky either.
