Also, isn't inherently impossible to get more 'reliability' at all since llm/gpt systems are not actually doing any 'work'? Like what the outputs are is not what the software actually does...so not possible to get more 'reliability'?

The most egregious part is when the author points out that workplaces don’t offer the kind of accommodations we do in higher ed, but instead of seeing that as a problem with workplaces, he sees that as evidence for decreasing available accommodations to students.
