yeahh it can be tough :(( i definitely recommend morpho’s anatomy books—they’re fantastic resources and are more about how to shape and structure bodies than anything

these are my personal favorites, particularly the fat and skin folds one! studying how other artists simplify anatomy helped me a lot personally, too, bc it can be suuuper confusing to try to make sense of all our muscles and shapes and whatnot from photos
