To make it more user friendly, I compiled the script into an exe file (for Windows machine). Now, all he has to do is to put the CSV in the same folder with the exe file and run the executable. Done. 💅 This is one of many use cases where Deno is brilliant. ❤️

From the beginning I knew this could be done automatically by a script, but I didn't have time to do it. This month, after I made the changes once again, I decided to make the script. I wrote a script using Deno using std/csv and npm:xlsx.
