I know for us, strata is complaining we don't have enough electricity capacity, and saying that a heat pump would require a 3/4 majority vote. (we do if you drop one circuit that is currently doing electric baseboards- people just don't understand math)

Thankfully my strata is supportive but COV made getting electrical permit a huge problem. In the end, after getting many data points for them, it turns out the building is only using a third of its available capacity so there's plenty of room. Fingers crossed installation is happening this month.
