It's so weird, I've never had google give me poor directions when cycling.

I mean, that's just because all the routes in SE Vancouver are sketchy. Seriously, though, it regularly recommends Main St and Kingsway, which, while direct require a certain class of cyclist. On the west side it seems to prefer crossing arterials at alleys. I don't get it.
