I totally agree with you on the nut jobs’ goals in using this. But I’m skeptical this will even be capable of that.
I used an app called Songshift to help my wife and son move their playlists over, as well as mine. We encountered very few songs that couldn't migrate over with the playlists. Apple Music and Spotify's catalogues are very very close to each other. They're both happy, they can listen to their stuff.
After 11 years, we're off Spotify. We're done with supporting this company that isn't supporting the artists we care about. In the end it was much easier than I expected to switch. We used an app called Songshift to move all our playlists over. Pretty straightforward.
Another amazing week. I got to see a lot of old friends, met some new friends, and most importantly spent time with students. The best part of this week is always meeting the next generation of game developers and sound designers. I can’t wait to come back <3
Austin airport, 7AM, heading out to Full Sail to talk with students and do other fun things for the week. Coffee and Talking Heads are keeping me going.
Right now I’m downloading all these emus because of the novelty of it. But I don’t think I’ll use them heavily. I’ve got other machines I prefer (Pocket, Deck, RGB30). But it’s nice to have a handful of games on here. DK94 while waiting in the pharmacy line is very handy, for example.
