Off to day 2 of Nick Read (NR) evidence at the Post Office Inquiry. Day 1 very interesting, large turnout from subpostmasters and Lawyers. A hot topic is whether NR mentioned the "untouchables", some say he did but he says he didn't. All witnesses are sworn in but does that matter anymore?

This would be my answer, it may be wrong. Yes judges make law, that is the very essence of "Common Law". Governments may codify these or replace them. Do judges interpret Law? The answer to this must be yes on the day you are in Court. You can appeal if you think they got it wrong
