im not american but i know what to do in this kind of situation. you save the evidence, contact the right people, and let them deal with it. like fuck idc if you vote or not but if someone sends you one of these report it for trying to suck you in.

Putting this in someone's mailbox is illegal. Suggest you complain to your local USPS station and also to your state AG. USPIS will absolutely look into this because it's both felony mail fraud and felony vote fraud.
