This route has been such a non-starter since Day 1. 11hrs from Hong Kong to Shanghai? Who in their right mind is going to take that option, rather than the 2hr flight that leaves multiple times/day and costs almost exactly the same? Gutted, coz I take this route regularly & love to travel by train.

Ah bon? It’s a sleeper and saves a hotel bill… plus you get mileage…
