Someone just asked if I closed my store in town because of WCC, lolz. No! Because of the actual government. And also because my lease was up and I'm just not that energetic anymore.
I just want to live in a city where people aren't obsessed with parking and blaming WCC on everything. I'm not even in Wellington. A certain generation is just IRATE at the moment, and they're not fun to have in the shop.
5am is a very inconvenient time for an earthquake in terms of getting back to sleep. Family group chat is going off.
Social media is trying to steer me towards it, today I got a reel that yarrow (achillea) is named after Achilles
Snap, but I’m finding my mind drifting off a lot. Probably more the fault of TikTok brain than Barker though 😅
Best fun I ever had was when we were staying at the Convent in Grey Lynn and they set up a checkpoint outside. So many people were pulled over! It was absolutely shocking.
I think I may even have a signed one tucked away somewhere 😂
PWEI was so huge and yet nobody is impressed by my coloured vinyl 🥲. We need the youth to discover them.
Absolutely, I always come home cursing that Wellington doesn't have Christchurch's eateries. Lyttelton is such a great spot to spend the rest of your days. My grandma burned down their house in Governors Bay so I feel funny there (I mean they all survived, and it was an accident)
Heck! But quietly a bit jealous, Banks Peninsula! So close to cool places! The bakeries there!
